Your stylist will walk through recommendations and pricing during your consultation so everything feels clear, comfortable, and tailored to you.
Stylist Levels
Jagged Edges Salon's pricing structure reflects variations in education and experience amongst our professionals.
Our levels offered are Designer, Senior, Master, and Director.
The primary goal of this system is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for team members and to offer several options for our guests to meet their diverse needs when it comes to salon services. Guests may choose the stylist/level that compliments their requests from skillset to education, and budget.
DESIGNER
The newest stylist to our salon, these stylists have gone through initial Goldwell color training, as well as hair cutting and styling programs. Prices for Designer providers are less than any other level due to their short time in the industry. A Designer is just starting their journey here at our salon, offering beautiful and budget-friendly services.
SENIOR
These are established stylists, they've leveled up through completing continuous education, attended advanced programs in hair care recommendations, salon trends, as well as advanced cutting and coloring seminars.
MASTER
These stylists have completed and mastered all requirements of Senior-level, they are well known for their work and are highly requested by guests in the salon. These stylists typically help lead the salon and support our Designer stylists.
DIRECTOR
These stylists have been with the salon for years and have exceeded all expectations at the Master level. They have years, even decades of experience, continuous advanced education and have the highest demand for services. There isn’t much a Director can’t handle in their craft. They are long time leaders and mentors who pay their knowledge forward to the upcoming talent.
